I spoke to *** (Store Manager) on 9/21/He told me he would call me back, but he never didI went to the store in person on 9/28/I was told that *** was not working that dayHoward's was supposed to send a repairman to my house on September 30, but they called in the morning and said that the parts came in broken, so they rescheduled for October 9,They send out unqualified technicians that do not repair any of the problemsMy refrigerator has never worked properlyThey have been out multiple times and I am still having the same problems with this refrigeratorTHIS IS A LEMON!!!!! Please help meI am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and I cannot afford to keep throwing away my food

Mr*** called our service department and said his washer had a smell and that the gasket has mold on itThe warranty company does not cover mold or smell, he was also told that if we went to his house he would be chargedCustomers cancel
the callHoward's never refuses to service himWe have scheduled a service call for Tuesday December 8thCustomer claims that the gasket is leakingI did let him know if it was not leaking he would be chargedI'm also sending the customer a cleaner that we sell for the washerAt no cost to him so he could clean his washer
