nevers leaves a messageI gave her an appointment any wayon April the I called to move her son to a different day becasuse I had forgotten we had a new classroom starting that day so when I called she said good because her son had lost his permit anyway but she never tried to contact me to cancel itShe said that she would take him to the dmv before April the 9th to get a new permitOn April the 9th I went to her house and her son was minutes late coming and her drove up in his car and jumped in the driver's seat to drive and I asked him for his permit and he said it was in the house so he goes in to look for it and come out and says he can not find itNeither he or his mother said anything at that time about her canceling his appointmentNow we give everyone on the first day of class a sheet stating the school policy and it says no email cancellation because they always reply to an automated confirmation letter sent to them when we make an appointmentNow the problem is it was after the months when she called and I still gave her a drive time for her sonThe first day he was suppose to drive he did not have a permit and did not try to cancelOn the second day when he was supposed to drive April the she says that he had a corneal abrasion and couldn't see, that a lie because he has a car and I saw him drive up in it and he told me that he drives it every day to his school with no license or permitNow I think that a mother that would buy her son a car and let her child break the law and drive illegally would also lie
below is a copy of our email conversation and you will see that she replied to an automated reminder at 2:pm less than a hour notice

If you go back and read the sheet you signed from Howard Driving School it states that you can not cancel by email on page last sentence in top paragraph
And if you open the extend of the your email it will show 2:pm sent timeAnd on the first day he was suppose to drive I called you about hours before he was to drive and you told me he did not have his permit

We are a twenty nine year old Christian family owned companyWhich means chances are we have taught someone you know how to drive? Your instruction will be provided by State Licensed and highly trained instructorsProven up to date instruction will make you a safer, more confident driverAll of your driving will be done in real traffic on real streetsYou will experience actual driving situations; this will enable you to gain confidence to become a good, safe driverAbout two weeks after completion of our course you will receive a letter of completion in the mail from the Secretary Of StateIf you do not receive this letter please call us, do not go for your driving test if you do not have this letterBe prepared and you want be disappointed
Our driver education classroom is a or week course and the behind the wheel is a minimum two week class (this means you cannot finish driving earlier than days)There is also free home pick up for all behind the wheel programs if you live in our pick up area
Class attendance is the responsibility of each studentStudents are only allowed four make up classes and still pass the courseIf a student misses five classes for any reason he or she must enroll in the next class, As of 01/01/you must complete the classroom, any missed days and behind the wheel within months of starting or you will have to retake the whole program(Secretary Of State Rules)There are no hardship casesIf you fail the classroom or don't finish your driving for any reason you must pay to enroll in the next classAll students must have a signed driver's education approval form and proof of passing eight classes in the last two semesters or enrolled in a G.E.Dclass before we can give you a permit application
The fees are:
Classroom Only - hours of classroom $no permit is given
Basic Program - hours of classroom, hours of behind the wheel, hours of observation and all pick up and drop off are from your home $(Payment plan $down and $per week for weeks = $380)
Advantage Program - hours of classroom, hours of behind the wheel, and no observation and all pick up and drop off are from your home $(Payment plan $down and $per week for weeks = $500)
Advantage Plus - hours of classroom, hours of behind the wheel, and no observation, all pick up and drop off are from your home, of the hours can be used toward your hours of supervised driving $(Payment plan $down and $per week for weeks = $740)
All fees are good for nine months after the purchase date and will expire on that dateAll make up dates or btw not completed in this months will be forfeited
A notice is required to cancel an assigned practice drive no later than 6:PM the day before your appointed drive timeFailure to cancel before 6:PM will result in a forfeiture of that driving time
Students will need to purchase another behind the wheel lesson in order to complete the required driving time and fulfill the State requirementAll students must have their instruction permit in hand in order to take their driving lesson (not a copy)If the permit is not in hand, the drive will be treated as a no-show and the student will forfeit that drive timePlease call to cancel your appointment, you cannot cancel by email
All students are required to read out loud and participate in classroom discussions when called onThere will be a quiz on chapter 4, 8, 12, and Quizzes will be taken on the date that chapter is covered (example chapter quiz will be taken on the day we cover chapter 4)Any incomplete quiz will count as 0%, a 75% average of all the quizzes together is passingIt is $to retake a failed quiz

No cell phone use of any kind in classCell phones will be taken and only given back to your parent
No cursing, smoking, or playing
No leaning in chairs
No resting against the walls or leaving trash on the tables or floor
Any student found breaking the above rules will be given a writing assignment of the teach

The defamation of character that *** Howard does to me has nothing to do with the facts of the complaint presented hereMr Howard stated that I didn't contact him within the months to set up an appointment for BTW trainingOn June 30th at 12:PM I sent an email that states "I would like to enroll *** *** on the BTW he is almost done with the classroom portionThank you *** ***"To which *** Howard never answered*** Howard stated also that I never left a message when I called him.Of course I didn't leave I message because when I called *** Howard answered the phone and he always told me that he was either busy or with a student driving that he would call me later, this never happenedI'm also a busy person and I couldn't call everydayAlso *** Howard conveniently sent only half of the emailsHow come he didn't send the one I sent him at 9:AM canceling the appointment.The one I sent at 2:56pm was to RESCHEDULED not to CANCELThese are two different terms and their meaning is different as well*** Howard is calling me a liar (not very Christian of him), this has nothing to do with anythingHe is assuming I bought a car to my sonDoes he have any proof of that? All speculations that has again nothing to do with this complaintI don't have to lieAll that I'm asking is for my son to do the BTW training and get the transcriptsAll this could've been avoid if *** Howard were a reasonable personI want to avoid all the bad publicity for his business
