response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10886637, and had my deposit refunded. The service rep came out and properly caulked the chase cap. However this company attempted to complete unneeded repairs in the amount of $1200.00. I will never deal with this company again. I thank the Revdex.com for their assistance in this matter as the company president was rude and had no customer service skills.
