[redacted]I am sorry but I do not agree with the management at the Towering Oaks ApartmentsI do not owe any money to them the money owed to them is from SAHA I did not say that I had no knowledge that my wife put my things in storage the thing was that I was given this notice to vacate and until I spoke with the people at SAHA and they told me that it was against the law for them to evict me because of money they owe not money I owe themI did not go into the office causing problems I simply went to have the early release form signed and they were angry because of the complaint made to Revdex.comI already spoke with SAHA and they are taking care of the issue with them but I still feel that they are not taking responsibility for how they acted toward meI am not satisfied with the responses that they are giving you about meI do not owe them any money that is between them and SAHA

[redacted] informed me that Ms. [redacted] gave her an address of an apartment that she no longer resided in, so I asked [redacted] to call Ms. [redacted] back and confirm that indeed, this is the address she wants her application deposit mailed to. [redacted] informed me that yes, the address was fine. I closed out Ms. [redacted]s account and emailed statement to Corporate office for processing & payment on 4/17/2017. On 4/25/17, Ms. [redacted] called and asked as to the status of her refund, and I informed her that it could take up to 30 days (from the time of cancellation) for her to receive this. I again verified her mailing address and she informed me that even though she did not live at the address provided, that the mail carrier would give her mail to her because she knew him. Ms. [redacted] called back several times between 4/26 & 5/10, inquiring as to the status of refund, and again, she was told that the refund was being processed and she would receive it within 30 days. At this time, Ms. [redacted] called corporate office, stating that she was trying to get in touch with someone in regard to her refund and that no one would return her call, all the while she is in constant communication with Towering Oaks. She spoke with my district manager on several occasions and as soon as the phone call ended, Ms. [redacted] was yet calling again, stating no one has ever returned her calls. On 5/12/2017, Ms. [redacted] called and informed me that she needed to change the address that the refund was to be sent to. I contacted corporate office and asked them to stop payment on the refund check, issue a new check and mail it to the office and I would have Ms. [redacted] pick it up. Ms. [redacted] has received her refund. The refund was delayed due to us being given an invalid address.

[redacted]I could not be evicted because the monies owed were not from me but from SAHAThe police were called on me because I went to the office to have the manager sign an early release form This is a form SAHA told me to take to them so that I can move outI have audio and video recordings of how the managers acted with me They were upset that my wife filed a complaint against them and decided to call the police on me and tell the police that I was trespassing even though I only went there to have the form signedThis is straight out discrimination against me I do not understand how they can allow someone to manage an apartment complex with that attitude towards people
