I just purchased the crispy fried chicken skins for the second time and the bag contained only crumbs. I was so disgusted that I was going back to the store for a refund. Then as I looked in the bag to see if there was at least one chicken skin other than the crumbs then I seen nothing but chicken features at the bottom underneath all the crumbs. I already suspected that this bag was completed using the bottom of the barrel with just the crumbs but now I'm totally disgusted and have already passed this finding around to find out someone else had the experience of just crumbs in their last purchased bags of the chicken skins. I rather speak to someone directly but there is no customer service website available and the number listed has a voicemail that is full, I'm guessing everyone is having bad experiences with HOWARD'S. My logic of something with good quality is if there is no contact information for customer concerns that most likely the quality is not good. The 1 star rating is only given so I can post my comment and not that this experience deserves it.

This afternoon I was enjoying a bag of Howard’s *** When I felt something unusual inside the bag. I pulled the object out to discover a piece of wire about 3 inches long. I took pictures of the object along with the unfinished bag of ***. Please be aware.
I sent the above Email to the company along with pictures of the product and the metal object but they haven't responded.

On November 8, 2018, I placed an order on Howard's Snacks website for a box of *** Spicy Fried Chicken Skins which were listed on the website as In Stock. After receiving an immediate confirmation of my order, I received a second email from Howard's Snacks on November 21, 2018 indicating that my order was on hold. On January 18, 2019, I received yet another email stating that my order was on hold. As instructed on the email, I attempted to contact Howard's Snacks via email requesting a refund, which was not responded to. It has been MONTHS now and I still have not received the product or a refund. This is unacceptable.
