I bought a washer and dryer. It was not installed correctly and water began to slowly leak from the connections.. this caused damage to my area as well as the condo below mine. As soon as this was detected, I called Howard’s and was referred to their logistics Dept.. I sent pictures and spoke at length with ***. This was on Feb. 27th 2020. I’ve had several conversations, spoke with Antoinette at Howard’s Customer Service as well as a Manager Susie. I’ve spent $1800 on repairs as well as having to replace my neighbor’s W/D unit as it was ruined ($1200).. I have not
As of today been able to get a response from these 3 people or Howard’s.

I am in receipt of a complaint made to the Revdex.com by you dated June 29, 2020.
First, let me take a moment to apologize for our initial lack of follow up regarding your damage claim. I have seen the notes on your account, and I’m sorry that your claim was not handled in a more efficient manner.
I spoke with the manager of DSI (our contracted delivery service), ***, just now and she informed me that she has been working with you to come to a resolution on your damage claim. She indicated to me that your claim has been escalated to their Risk Management division, and that she expected to have an answer for you sometime this week.
Once again, my apologies for your less than stellar experience with Howard’s. We are always aiming to improve our client service, and hope that once your claim is complete that you will consider working with us once again.
