I put in a large shed (12x36) and needed crushed concrete for a base. I also needed to have I compacted and leveled. I had gotten a number of quotes that were several hundred dollars higher and did not include compacting and leveling. They had one guy to do the work, got on the job on time, delivered as expected and overall did an okay job. The reason for 4 starts; did not do a good job leveling, and ran over my mail box post. On the latter, they took $100 off the final bill as a way of paying for the mail box. I didn't realize how off the leveling was until I started to put down the 4x4 floor frame. All of that said, I would call on them again because I believe them to be a reputable business in a time when so many companies like this are not.
They ripped us off thousans, then dumped us. Its been a year and still no house signing because of them. Even the building inspector denied the first inspection.
we are not sure what you mean by "still no house signing". We were completed at your job site and a refund check was mailed to you on August 6th. ***, your husband, relayed to our foreman that he was happy and content with the work that was completed and that you are just a "complainer". We completed EVERYTHING we had in our quote. The thing is, when plans on site change, so does the cost. Seems more like your review should be about the home company you decided to use, as you did not wait a year for us! We went ahead and got a temporary occupancy for you so you could be in your home. We went above and beyond to get that for you instead of making you wait an additional 2 weeks for the rest of the finals to be finished, which we could have done. Have a great day ***.
said nothing. You dumped us, there is 7,385.32 in charges that were never done, 500 gal pump chamber, Zable filter, 4/10 horse pump & switch, audio/visual alarm, propane allowance, stump removal, porch on front of house because you deleted., etc. Etc. By the way, Im not a complainer, just sick of being bent over by people like you. Great excavation by the way.! Plus no proof of all the sand and water under house.

Excellent customer service, excellent work! They cleared land for us and put in a new driveway.
