I have a credit on my account for $356.31 starting from July 2006 - Feb 2012. The bookkeeper [redacted] told me the denstist is aware and will pay. Dr. [redacted] sold his practice on [redacted] Blvd which I attended. I found there was a credit on my account and told the office I want my refund for over paying them. The bookkeeper at office told me this happened before the sale and I would need to contact Dr. [redacted] in [redacted] to get my refund. I have talked both bookkeepers and they are aware. I have the print out that was faxed to the [redacted] office from the old [redacted] Blvd office. I called the [redacted] office spoke with [redacted] the bookkeeper and she tells me she don't know when I will be paid. They have had my money for over two years. I asked to speak to the Dr. but the bookkeeper will only relay messages that are not being act upon. I have called several times but I get no responses.Desired SettlementAll I want is my money that I gave them $356.31 Business Response I will be mailing Mrs [redacted] a check for $356.31 today the check number is [redacted] It will be mailed by regular US mail service.
