I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I apologize for giving wrong information (by repeating the information that I had been given by a business/sales person that was at my residence to give me a free estimate on a potential house project after they noticed the Howe Construction sign in my yard-that person had stated that Contractor [redacted] Howe had sold the business to an employee and was now working on the I-90 bridge). After talking with Contractor [redacted] Howe yesterday I learned that is not true. I realize now that it would have been better if I had immediately contacted Contractor [redacted] Howe to ask if that information was true before repeating it to anyone else or taking any action like taking down his business yard sign that was in my yard. I plan to let that person know the truth as soon as I can.
Contractor [redacted] Howe has contacted me and has let me know that Howe Construction is definitely still in business - and he is going to complete the work - and he has answered my questions - and he will be doing additional work with me - after the ordered material arrives and we schedule that work and when that work is completed he will pick up the business yard sign - all on the same day. I am definitely happy with his business. This concern has been taken care of. Thank you.
