Howell Apartments

The unit is damaged. The ceiling is leaking. [redacted] charges me high rent but not other tenants. He hasn't given me a receipt or fixed the ceiling. The units with rent under 500 have new appliances. My unit does not have new carpet or a safe tub. I cannot shower in the unit, in a rusty tub.Business Response To whom it may concern:RE:XXXXXXXXI am responding this one time only regarding an alleged complaint from a tenant. Number 1, [redacted] ceiling was leaking due to above tenant flooded her apartment which caused her apartment to be damaged this incident was correct over a month ago. Number 2 her rent is not an issue most units are based on different rate her rate is below standard rate is $500 she only pay $450. The rehab units are newly remodel with ALL new fixture and appliances but all other units have full equipped as required, nothing broken or damaged just not brand new in all non-rehab units. Last she is able to shower and bath but she continue damaging her unit and not keep it clean which cause long term damage, I will re do her tub far as re-stain it to complete here complaint.Thanks for your cooperation in this matter.SincerelyManagement
