Review: Basically I was in need of an extraction and a flipper/partial for my two front teeth. I immediately felt uncomfortable with the dentist. He was very moody and rough. I had an impression done and I had the extraction done with no problems. Then I was scheduled to come back for the flipper. I came back for the flipper and it did not fit correctly. The dentist tried to modify it by removing one of the clasps. I was sent home. The flipper still did not fit correctly as it was very loose in my mouth. Eventually the remaining clasp broke as well. Then I called to complain and made an appointment to go back. After arguing with the staff, I was able to convince them that it was necessary to have it remade. Another impression was taken and sent out for a new flipper to be made. In between all this I was told I needed a cleaning and other evaluations. I was also very annoyed that separate appointments were made for every single thing. I was told by the receptionist that I had an appointment for a cleaning and x-rays. then when I went back only x-rays were done. I asked why was I not also having the cleaning and was told oh you have to make another appointment for that. This happened more than once. Seems they want to keep hitting up the insurance company for unnecessary appointments. Again like when I went back to have the new flipper put in, it was literally the dentist just putting it in my mouth. I could have had other thing done at the same appointment I have been there like 10 or more times already in the past 3 months. Back to the second flipper. It again did not fit correctly but was a little better. I again went home and just dealt with it. Well that flipper also eventually broke, this time right in half as I was removing it to clean it. This time when I went back I was bullied by who I guess was the office manager. She was extremely nasty and ridiculed me. She was looking at my x-rays and I asked her what she saw on my x-rays and she said I'm not the dentist! I'mDesired Settlement: I want a refund and I want to go to a different dentist for a new flipper. I also want others to know how unprofessional this place is and to think twice about giving them any business.
