Howell's Sheetmetal Company

I purchased a pair of door skins to suit a 1930 ford coupe, Howells sent the wrong panels possibly to suit a tourer or a tudor as the skins are over an inch too wide and have the wrong crown and profile. After 4 months of messaging they finally replied asking for photos and measurements for proof, I replied instantly and again have been waiting months on end for a reply.
Poor service, they will not answer their phone, messages or emails and I am now outside of the time limit for a replacement which feels like they have done this intentionally. Brookeville have much better quality parts and care about their customers, I recommend don't waste your time with this below average company and go elsewhere

I’m sorry I did not give any thought to the hurricane. I would have completely understood if someone had answered one of my many many phone calls. I honestly have called every day for the past two weeks, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. I am just worried about being ripped off.

[redacted] Im not sure what shipment notice they are speaking of, but I do have my credit card statement showing I was charged and both emails from howells showing my purchase and one from paypal showing a statement also. I just want the part I ordered.Attached are both emails.

I just got off the phone with my credit card company today. 5-17-2017 at 2pm and was told that had paid Howell sheet metal as soon as they got the invoice. Howell sheet metal has my money and I want it back. I never receive the parts and I don't want the parts.

Just for your information Howells Sheetmetal Company never did nothing about what happened to my complaint. They are still charging my credit card. I don't know what to do next.
