Howl & Hide Supply Company

I commissioned Howl and Hide to make me an assortment of custom pieces with expensive and sentimental leather I supplied from Africa. I have also paid in full.

Half of the work has been finished and picked up, however, the remaining half - a handbag, and two watch straps, were never finished. I have reached out to them in an attempt to get a refund, and my leather back. We have been communicating back and forth since February, and as of three weeks ago, they have ended all communication with me, weither that be through email, instragram, text, or call. Through the emails it looked like we were making progress, however, like I said, they’ve ended all communication with me. I also know the company is alive and active through their Instagram, and aware that they are seeing my messages as instragram will mark messages are “seen”.

Complete scam. I ordered a bag in November. The website says there's a bit of wait for items, totally understand. However after six months (April) and messaging Christian twice, he said the bag was shipped, yet the status of the package has been in pre-shipment since December and USPS has not received the package from the sender. Disappointing services; especially, concerning communication and integrity.
I asked for a full refund on the order since no confirmed shipment date or product has been received after 6 months since purchase. I am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.
I would not recommend Howl + Hide, which is a shame since I would have liked to be a repeat customer. Hugely disappointed.

I purchased a custom ordered leather bag on 2/18/2020 with an approximate completion date of two weeks after the order date. I have reached out numerous times via email and social media with limited response. They claim they shipped the bag on 3/17/2020, but later on 3/27/2020 state they had not shipped it due to the post office not coming by the shop for pick up. I have reached out twice since requesting a tracking number or a refund with no response. If any further documentation of communication attempts is needed I am able to provide this information. I would like the bag to be shipped and tracking provided or the full price paid returned to my debit card.

I ordered a canvas and leather messenger bag for my son as a Christmas gift on 11/24/2019. On 12/19/2019 I received a shipping notice stating the bag was on the way. This was the only gift under the tree for my son. It did not arrive...still hasn't arrived. I corresponded with someone named Baily P with customer service on 1/7/2020 stating it was delivered. I told her I did not receive it. She said she would follow up with USPS and email me the next day. On 2/9/2020 she stated it was lost in the mail, but they have insurance and would begin making a new bag that day. On 1/10/2020 I thanked her for getting back to me. On 1/22/2020 I sent her an email making sure they had the correct address. I have not heard back, nor received the bag. I checked with USPS and the bag was never mailed. They lied about it and refuse to answer my phone calls and emails. I am very proud of USA artists and try to buy American made goods to support artisans. I learned of their business from a HGTV show, Good Bones. I have also sent a message to the network regarding my extreme disappointment in the level of customer service. I hope this can be resolved quickly and at least a can get a refund for my purchase.
