I did not get a phone call or inquiry from the buyer nor the buyer's agent to question a refrigerator. We received a letter from the buyer on the same day that we received the Revdex.com email. I wish the buyer would have called to discuss so that we could have worked it out instead of filing a complaint. My company was involved in over 800 sales in 2015, and has a good reputation in our community. I'm sorry that the buyer feels she was wronged. I will call the buyer to let her know that I will reimburse her for the refrigerator.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me, only if the reimbursement is for $325.00.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Submitted order for clock-oil. $20.30 was charged to my credit card 2 months ago. Have not received the order and all of my e-mail are returned (mail box full).
