in the detached garage, but there was not one in the kitchen. The buyer had an appointment to see the home on January 4th and the seller stated that the garage was locked at that time, so the refrigerator was probably not seen. The buyer closed on the property March 30th and was given possession when the deed recorded on March 31st, per the purchase agreement terms. I did not get a phone call or inquiry from the buyer nor the buyer's agent to question a refrigerator. We received a letter from the buyer on the same day that we received the Revdex.com email. The letter stated that the buyer's real estate agent had notified our office when she looked at the property to inform us that there was no refrigerator. I called the buyer's agent to verify that, but she said she did not remember calling our office about a refrigerator. The seller said that he removed the old refrigerator from the garage because it was not suitable to use in the kitchen. I called the buyer to discuss the situation. The seller volunteered to return the refrigerator from the garage and I offered to pay what that refrigerator was worth. The buyer wouldn't agree and wanted reimbursed $325 for refrigerator that she purchased on April 2nd. I wish the buyer would have called to discuss so that we could have worked it out instead of filing a complaint. My company was involved in over 800 sales in 2015, and has a good reputation in our community. I'm sorry that the buyer feels she was wronged. I will call the buyer to let her know that I will reimburse her for the refrigerator.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me, only if the reimbursement is for $325.00.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
