Review: I ordered some live red worms for composting from this company on June 28th, and the charge was drafted from my checking account on June 30th. The email I received after the order was placed stated the worms would be sent out within 2 days of the order received. As they were being shipped to another site, I tried to contact the company to get a shipping date. The phone number listed on the web site does not have any way to leave a message. I tried a couple of more times, and also emailed at least 4 times. I never received any calls back only an automated email from [email protected] that I would be contacted. That never happened. Researching this company, I have found multiple problems of reports of never delivering products, the Revdex.com has rated them as "F". A web site called [redacted] gave clear warning to stay away from this company. Sorry I was stupid enough to see this after the fact. I reordered with another company and had my worms within 48 hours. This Hoykim Industries site is fraudulent and stealing from people.Desired Settlement: Money back. I think the site should be shut down. I filed a FTC complaint also.

Ordered materials and never received product. left e-mails and phone messages and did not receive any responses. Would not recommend purchasing from Hoykin Industries

Review: On 5/5/14, I ordered composting worms. They have not been delivered. The business's phone message system is defective (does not accept messages). I want them to reverse the charge. I am no longer willing to accept their product.Desired Settlement: I want $29.95 refunded to my Visa credit card.

Review: I purchase, over the internet, products from this company on Nov 29, 2014 and my credit card was charged immediately. As of this date, 1/14/15, I have yet to receive this product. I have emailed them twice and called at least twice and left message, but they have yet to reply to any of my attempts to contact ro find out what the status is of this product.

I will be contacting my credit card company to have the charges disputed.Desired Settlement: I would prefer the product that was ordered, if they cannot supply it then I would like my credit card refunded so my credit card company doesn't have to eat the charges.

Review: I ordered an item in October of 2013 from the internet and paid with my VISA, which was promptly credited. I have never received the item and attempts to contact the seller have been fruitless. I have called and left messages, e-mailed and filled out the CONTACT US item on their web page and they have not responded to any.Desired Settlement: I want my money back as I have not received the product.
