Hoyt Video Productions loved working with this bride and groom on their wedding, and did our best to get them their productIn the winter of 2015, our only video editor (me) at that time became very ill and
hospitalized and had a long and slow recoveryBut not before sending the first of videos, the Weddings Montage via YouTube on November 4, After recovering from the illness and catching up on past due wedding videos, the complainants videos were sent via email as a downloadable dropbox link on August 29th, 2016, and are still available for download at their leisure via that link in that emailOn October 4th, 2016, we received and email confirmation that they had received their hard copy in the mailOn January 3rd, 2017, we received an email stating that the dvd was not working and was covered in scratchesWe offered to replace it and sent the dropbox link again to the full hd, 1080p downloadable digital files so they would be sure to have access to their videos (which again remains available for download at that link to this day.) We have not responded to emails as we re-branded to Leave A Mark Design last year and slowly stopped using our old email address, and therefore have not been monitoring the old email inboxAfter receiving the email from the Revdex.com (which was also sent to a relatively unused email address), we went back into our old email address and searched for the emails, which she is correct in stating that she sent two separate emails on the stated datesAlso, a new dvd was mailed to them in a small white envelopeIt was in a small blue plastic cd case (as we did not feel it necessary to replace the custom made dvd case as we assumed it was still intact)Perhaps it was overlookedIn any case, we are burning a third dvd and sending it to them in a large yellow envelope, the dvd in a blur case, and will be replying to the emails sent by the complainant todayWe also took a picture of the dvd to have record that it has no scratches as of leaving our officeWe apologize for any inconvenience we have caused
