great job, thanks for the amazing work
I called these guys about 6 months ago to build a website and help get me sales. The website was custom and took about a month or so to build, but is beautiful. After that, they did search engine optimization and lead generation for me. My sales are up. People can find me online, and my phone is always ringing. You guys are the best.

I guess if you are in business long enough you come across a client that isn't happy no matter what you do to help them A few months ago I received a call from [redacted] who was actually referred to us from from one of our existing customersHe wanted to build a website and get it to show up on [redacted] There are parts to this 1) I explained to him that we are a "Search Engine Optimization" company and not a "website development" companyWe don't build our websites to be "Pretty", we build them 100% for the purpose of showing up on [redacted] In order to do that , they have to less code in them so [redacted] could read them quickly .(This means they are sometimes not as nice as "custom websites"I offered him a custom website for $or a " Template" website for $He did NOT want to pay the extra money for a custom websiteSo he Paid $for the regular website 2) The 2nd part of this was the "search Engine Optimization" part of our service We Optimized his website to show up on the First page of [redacted] any time someone searches for the keywords "long Island Window Treatments" and "Long Island Custom Window Treatments " The prices are based on how large an area you want your website to show up , and the amount of keywords that we could guarantee you(The bigger an area, the more it costs, and the more keywords you take the more it costs.) I explained that the fee for this is $a month and this would take me about a weeks because I would have to put out information about his company, and then wait for [redacted] to collect that informationWeeks Later he was not only on the first page of [redacted] ....But he was in the First Spot! He was very happy with the Search Engine Part of my Service because I had his website on the first page of [redacted] so quickly He was not 100% happy with the look of the website because he wanted constant changes and additions to the websiteI explained that a race car is not designed to be comfortableIt's designed to be fastOur website is not built to be the prettiest websiteIt is built to show up on [redacted] for the Keywords "long Island Window Treatments" and "Long Island Custom Window Treatments " and if I make all the changes that he requests then the website will not show up on [redacted] He either didn't understand, or he did not want to understand because he complained constantlyOver about a week time frame we made a bunch of different revisions to the website(By the way...These revisions were not included in the original fee for the website, and I did not charge him for them ) He has already disputed his SEO payments with his credit card company so we ended up refunding him 100% of his SEO payments which totaled $(Even though we did our job and we should be paid for our services) and now he has disputed his website payments of $(even though he is still using the website) As a matter of fact his website is up and running right now [redacted] If the website is so bad then why is he still using it? I'm dealing with an individual who simply doesn't understand that in order to show up on the first page of ***The website has to be built a certain way(A Race car is designed to be fast, not comfortable) Our website is designed to show up on ***It's give and takeYou are absolutely correct when you say that some of the content written in the website was a bit offBut only because it needs to be written that way in order to show up for your keywords with a small budgetI'm really sorry that we couldn't just resolve this by talking and working it outI called you MANY times You refuse to take my calls and then you dispute the credit card payments by saying the charges were never authorized

You did not pay for the website in fullYou paid half up front $and the other half was paid when it was completed and approved by you. If the website is so bad then why are you still using it after you disputed the charges with your credit card company?
The SEO payments of $a month started immediately when you signed the agreement, and continues every month automatically until you decided to cancel our serviceWhich is on a "Month to month" basisThere is no contract because nobody wants to be locked into a contractBut there is an Agreement which outlines the services we provide you(You signed this agreement and we achieved our goal of getting you to the first page of ***)

Review: I tried to fine a way to markey a company for a freind throw Internet and was brought to a company hozio A person by name [redacted] contacted me and told me he could set up a web page for me and get me plenty of consumers to contact me throw SEO which I had no real knowledge of I might say he was extremely convincing so I wanted them to give it a shot he promises you success but be careful he will deliver a big OOOO And thats what he did All he wants to do? Even before he does a job again all he wants to do is take your money.Promise's you the world and delivers nothing. I want him to return the money I paid him for a job he never did.He has a way of wasting hours on end of your days.Desired Settlement: He promised to build a web site untill he gets your money and then he reacts on you and states your not spending huge amounts of money. Spend a nother $5,000.00 When at the beging we agreed on a price. Then before site was complet he drafted money and then puts you on the web and then even state people dont even read the web.This guy is not the person he tried to be before he took the money.Again I want my Money back. He promise he can get you bussiness and then he drives you nuts.
