He came to fix my freezer but it's still not working and he's not returning calls or emails and I'm out $210. He came out June 30th at 11am then left after a couple of hours while my freezer defrosted and came back at 7pm. He replace the heater and the thermostat. 3 weeks later I called him because it still never worked right even when I turned the freezer off. He came out and reset the something. He said if it doesn't work let him know. So I did and he was supposed to come back July 31st and never did. Since then I've called 4 -5 times and left messages and email him and his company and no response from any of them. Very disappointed because I really like him at first. Not so much anymore.

Other (requires explanation) I would like the problem fixed at no cost or refund me my $210.
I reviewed the claim of Ms. ***, the communication with Ms. got lost do to the connection with home advisor, it is monitor by extension number. just want to let you know that I already contacted with Ms. the same day she processed the claim, and I did a second visit on 08/06/2020 customer was satisfy with the service also schedule other appointment on Friday 08/14/2020. customer understand that I work with schedule.

Well after a lot of back and forth and changing of different parts, the freezer is not fixable so the company says it's going to refund my money which I really appreciate.
