the floor was even prior to fire when u put in floor you float to make even he did not do that!!!!
bathroom tiles r falling off
paint is peeling off from sides of
house
they never put cased in two openings within the home
doors ,he put in doors that I can put my fist through,I had solid doors prior to fire
The front door when closed you can see outside.I have had several contractors her and they have all said this contractor screwed me ..he made my
house look like a cookie cutter apartment,
the plans call for wooden French doors he put sliding aluminum doors IT"S ON THE PLANS wooden
tHIS MAN NEW I WAS TERMINAL.He took advantage of the situation thinking I was gonna die and Why would I give him until the job was complete it's notHe threatened me several times.I came to job several times why he was cutting corners,his response was go ,get out of here I know what I'm doing.I had no say at all.I will not give him the rest of money until he finishes the contractor who put in tiles lives two doors down from me he had my floors even..I believe because I am gay and have aids he screwed me ..One of his workers has already told me he called me a fg several times,I just want my house finished the proper way,I believe I need to have the board of lic come here along with inspectors

All items have been completed to the Consumers satisfaction. The only item remaining is a new security door which the Consumer picked out and ordered and we will be installing it upon delivery.  We will paint...

and restucco as needed at installation.

Review: where do I begin .my house had a fire in sept 2012 I hired hp& assoc and they started the remodeling in dec 2012 and finished in april 2013..at the time I was very sick TERMINAL..I have aids the contractors were told by me I don't even know if I will ever get to enjoy my home again because I thought it was my time to go!!Well the contractors drained my ins co of every penny(should of been enough to build a whole new house..there was alot of things that were not of my liking and I was told by bruce one of the owners to get out of the house and let them do there job..I was told by one of there employees that bruce was uncomfortable with my illness..well I left the house because the stress was bad for me ..When I moved back in there was a lot of unfinished things.Painting was horrible.$26.00 doors put in my home,molding not complete etc etc..year later HP came back to finish up things one was the front door well the guy who came to fixit. came in and did a job that a child could of done .Meaning wasn't fixed. my closet in my bedroom has already fallen apart,lights still not fixed on garage.I have given them ample time to handle this they still have NOT FIXED THE PROBLEMS..my suggestion to any one who may be gay,terminal living with aids..DONOT higher these people there liars and thieves I have never been more humiliated in my life than I have with this company they turned my 1941 house into a cookie cutter apartment..They only good thing I will say about them is DON"T hire them.I am now scared that they may do something to me or my animals..they have stressed me out for over the last year ive had to be placed on meds.If there is anyone who wants to come see my home before hiring them please feel free to email me and come look yourself [redacted]@gmail.com make an appointment .come over and see the crappy jobDesired Settlement: the replace entire front casing of door and screen and they plaster and paint the foyer the same color and texture as rest of house..they fix the garage lights,the garage door they knocked of.and refund me for the the garage door opener that was stolen while they were fixing my home..they put a handle and fix alley way entrance that they broke..I am looking into other options of having another contractor handle the problems since they don't feel it necessary to handle it like a professional

Review: he was contractor for my house after it burned down..he did a horrible job and refuses to fix the problems

all I am asking is for them to finish the job,,the floor in den is not level,the paint is peeling everywhere, stucco is falling off home.. ceiling and walls r cracking ,bathroom tiles falling apart.air conditioner to small for size of property,windows do not shut correctly,I have asked and asked and they tell me sorry we r done..house was started in dec 2012 finished april 2013,and the house is falling apart in 2014!!!!Sub standard work..and I know some of stuff is not up to code he did not follow specifications of plans,doors r not wide enough ,all doors do not fit properly in frames ..this co should loose there contractors lic..I was told by one of the principals sue me I have plenty of money to keep it in court for years,how sweetDesired Settlement: I would like everything fixed...that's it
