if they had zero stars I would have used it started with HP Consultants 11/15/they didn't do anythingEmailed them no responseToday they call me with the same offer as in I asked them to call back when I got home where I have all my paperworkI know they won't do anything to refund my moneyI still have copies of all Emails from themAlso they requested another dollars in Decof stating they needed more moneyI didn't pay them anymore BEWARE they lie and don't send you any copies of paperwork or signed agreement from them

I owned at Welk Resort and Bluegreen ResortsI was called by what seems to be like thousands of solicitors but stood outFor I will not bad mouth another company let's just say HP felt like the better dealThere was no high pressure sale but yet a hard pill to swallow of having to put up an upfront costAfter walking in to their office and seeing that they were not just someone in a garage made me feel a whole lot better and I was okay with paying the service cost of $2,for the Welk and $3,the BluegreenIt took months to get out the Welk but month's for the release of the BluegreenI was a lil upset I had to pay and additional fee for Welk to secure total release but it was only $1,and just like that in more days I was out$7,dollars and months later, I no longer have any timeshare ownerships and both mortgages are off my creditThanks again,

I hired HP consultaints to desolve my timeshare issuesThey told me that they guaranteed us they would dessolved oue timeshare contract along with dessolving the rest of the loan we had with themAfter a year the only thing they did for us is gave us bad creditWe paid them dollars for there part and another dollars to have Diamond Resorts take the timeshare backThey guaranteed to give our mony back if this was not done, well after a year we got a 1099-C saying we needed to claim that as income from the resortPlus our credit went down pointsAs far as I can tell this is a scam, I did notice when we first started this they had a A- rating, now there down to a B+After looking further in to HP we are not the only people they have done this toWe never recieved a letter from the resort saying they took back the timeshare , the only thing we got out of the whole deal was paying out dollarstwenty six hundred to HP and thirty two hundred in claimed inc

We were contacted by the HPC Director of Property Relief (DPR) who could get rid of our timeshare in a few weeks to a couple of monthsOn 11/15/2016, we paid $1,in advance and signed a contract with HPC with a money back guarantee that, within one year, we would receive deliverable s comprised of formal notice and cancellation of all contractual documentation, obligations to our time share resort with canceled deeds from local government authorities to confirm release from our timeshare property
11/25/at 6:47pm: DPR congratulates us that we no longer have to pay maintenance fees
12/12/2016: timeshare resort again billed for maintenance fees and continues to this date
11/14/at 9:36am: HPC directs we must sign a purchase proposal with Resort Destinations Unlimited and a $transfer fee to get timeshare released within two weeksWe paid the additional fee
1/3/we sent an email requesting specific actions to current status with tasks completed and remaining

HP Consultants is the only company that helped my wife and I to get out of our timeshareWe had payed two other companies and nothing happenedIt cost a little more money than we wanted to payWell worth itWe are finally done with the headacheThank you so much for following through with your process

I reached out to HP Consultants after years of ownership with *** Resorts up until that point I thought I was stuck with maintenance fees for the rest of my life but after coming on board with HP Consultants they were able to release me from all dues and obligations after only months of coming on boardThe staff was very knowledgable and very prompt about returning phone calls and keeping me the loopOn top of it all I was able to get release paper work from *** Resorts and not have to pay the maintenance fee that I was going to be due to pay while the process was going onOverall very positive and efficient experience

In the past, my husband and I dealt with numerous timeshare exit companies that ended up being scamsWhen we came across HP Consultants we were skeptical on being scammed yet againIt took a year to get out of our timeshare but in the end we got exactly what we wanting and are now free from our timeshare! I was contacted by HP Consultants and they advised that they could get me out of my timeshare at *** *** Resort in Mexico(part of *** Group) and to get back my $from Easy Exit Now Timeshare by by *** *** They received $by my *** Card in 12/ Then I was informed by *** *** (Representative of HP)That he had taken a complaint against Easy Exit to the California Attorney General's Office and they excepted the complaint and that it would go to court in 10/ But we were not notified of the ruling On 4/6/2016, I was contacted by *** *** that he needed $2495.00, because *** *** Resort had said that we owed money for damages to other *** Resorts because of weather So, HP needed the extra money for a financial release from *** *** Resort Which we paid by my *** Card HP Consultants kept reassuring me that we were already out of the timeshare contract Also on the form for financial release, it states that ther

I contracted with hp consultants to disolve my time share with *** *** *** in Cabo, Mexico They told me it would cost which I paid 12/23/ There was an issue and I cancellled with my credit card and it took months to straighten out Since then they have done nothing but tell me to keep sending them my late fee charges from the resort In the last week I called and spoke with a *** *** I also sent them my certificates which I just found in my files His response back was it was going to cost me additional I said no way he is insisting in a not nice way and we had a brief verbal angry conversation and he said that a *** *** would call me He did not, I called yesterday and Mr*** answered and he was very angry and refused to discuss my situation and said someone would call me and he promptly hung up the phone My concern is asking for more mpney, no progress on disolving my time share, my credit which is over now getting trashed due to la

Hp Consultants has been telling us for a year that they were working to get us released from our timeshare property I was told yesterday that it was all done and I would receive verification in weeksToday I get a call that they want more money to finalize itI have a document from them that states they guarantee us no further charges on the timeshare property and no further charges from themThe year contract is up and we are guaranteed our money back if they do not succeed in getting us released.How can you give them an A rating?

HP Consultants contends this clients complaint is unwarranted. The client signed a contract with HP to assist in the dispute of the timeshare contract in question and these services were performed. While HP has done nothing wrong as a measure of good faith HP has already agreed to refund the clients...

payments of $3245 in full. This amount has already been credited to the clients credit card used for the contract. HP will not be releasing any correspondence in this case as this is proprietary information of HP. In addition the client will now be responsible for any and all dealings with the timeshare resort.

HP has contacted the client and offered a full refund of the purchase price. In addition HP agrees to help the client procure another timeshare that will meet her requirements. The client has agreed to this arrangement and the refund check #[redacted] was mailed via priority mail today.
