HP Products A Ferguson Enterprise

this is the WORSE COMPANY to do business with
there are too many companies duplicating others name.... i.e.- HP Products and H-P Products etc
with that being said this company has the poorest response time for delivery, chat access, customer svc telephonically and it just does bad business..... majority calls are received outside of USA.... while you (consumer) waits to make personal contact which seems impossible....
I placed an order online with HP Products to register for the HP ink/package discounted / monthly order. afterwards I received email confirmation. There was to be a delivery of multi-colored ink for my HP Desktop that I purchased a few months ago.....
Then there's the no delivery of ink...... what? Why? I have not received anything to include emails..... it's been over 7 days .... when I ordered a next day shipment to deliver..... but to no avail...... *** this company
