Outstanding business, exceptional customer service and a great experience: I purchased a Lund boat from Eagle Creek Marine April of 2014, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with I had walked out of three other business looking for my boat when I found Eagle Creek Marine I was passing through Dayton on my way home from Indianapolis when I called and talked with the owner I told them I would be there about ten minutes before they closed and asked if they would hold the door open for meThe owner said no problem and he and the parts manager worked with me showing me different options and boat packages long after they should have been home with their families They clearly cared about customer service I am from Columbus, Ohio and will be making the drive to Dayton to Eagle Creek Marine for any service needs on my Lund because I can trust this business Some of the key things that make me recommend this company are based on my experience with them: Fair, trustworthy, no pressure, accommodating, lived up to all agreements, thorough, the owner made sound recommendations based on his many years he has spent boating, quality installation/prep of motor, trolling motor, depth finder etc This list could go on but the bottom line is this is a great business and if you are looking for a boat or boat service I think you will be very happy with Eagle Creek MarineOne more example of how thorough they are is when I was picking up my boat after they prepped it we found a small tear on one of the Lund seats The owner took a photo of the tear and sent an email to Lund requesting they drop ship a new seat to me at my house He did this and allowed me to take the seat with the tear so I would be able to use the boat while waiting for the new seat He said he would deal with Lund and getting the torn seat back to them after I got the new seat Great guys and highly recommended(I could not get the Revdex.com slide to work to indicate I recommend this business but 100% recommended) [redacted] ***

Outstanding business, exceptional customer service and a great experience: I purchased a Lund boat from Eagle Creek Marine April of 2014, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. I had walked out of three other business looking for my boat when I found Eagle Creek Marine. I was passing through Dayton on my way home from Indianapolis when I called and talked with the owner. I told them I would be there about ten minutes before they closed and asked if they would hold the door open for me. The owner said no problem and he and the parts manager worked with me showing me different options and boat packages long after they should have been home with their families. They clearly cared about customer service. I am from Columbus, Ohio and will be making the drive to Dayton to Eagle Creek Marine for any service needs on my Lund because I can trust this business.

Some of the key things that make me recommend this company are based on my experience with them: Fair, trustworthy, no pressure, accommodating, lived up to all agreements, thorough, the owner made sound recommendations based on his many years he has spent boating, quality installation/prep of motor, trolling motor, depth finder etc.

This list could go on but the bottom line is this is a great business and if you are looking for a boat or boat service I think you will be very happy with Eagle Creek Marine. One more example of how thorough they are is when I was picking up my boat after they prepped it we found a small tear on one of the Lund seats. The owner took a photo of the tear and sent an email to Lund requesting they drop ship a new seat to me at my house. He did this and allowed me to take the seat with the tear so I would be able to use the boat while waiting for the new seat. He said he would deal with Lund and getting the torn seat back to them after I got the new seat.

Great guys and highly recommended. (I could not get the Revdex.com slide to work to indicate I recommend this business but 100% recommended).

Took boat in Feb 2016 to have service on engine for unknown alarms and change impeller. First time on water in May had same results with alarms. Returned boat June 13th. After 2 calls from Eagle Creek that they did not have a key to work on motor problem(key was in captains seat all along), I picked up boat onJuly 29. After getting the boat serviced elsewhere, the original alarm problem was solved as there were parts from the impeller in the water lines ,causing it to overheat. Finallly on the water on Aug 27th. Communication from Eagle Creek was very poor.
