Hello,This email is in regards to *** * ***, Order # 4###-###-####**ID ***This customer contacted us by email on June 16th to let us know that her product arrived damagedSince it did not ship out that way, we have to file a claim with the carrier, FedExWe did request
photos, showing the damaged item, as we do with all damaged items received, as it helps us and the carrier get it resolved fasterWe did receive them the same day so we then filed a claim with FedExdays after she contacted us, we let her know that FedEx would be returning to her address to pick up the damaged itemWe asked her to contact us once they pick this upSince we hadn't heard from her, we followed up on June 22nd and June 29thOn the 29th, we emailed her to let her know that according to the FedEx call tag, ***, FedEx attempted to pick up the item but the customer refused and cancelled the pick up.We didn't receive a reply until July 7th, when she requested a return labelSince this is a damaged claim with the carrier, we had to let them pick this up and not go back to the warehouse.We had to then contact FedEx and ask them to reopen this claimWe emailed her on July 11th asking her to "Please leave note for FedEx as to the location of the item to be picked up." and July 19th, requesting information about FedEx picking this upWe received her reply July 19thThe package wasn't available to pick up so she asked us to issue another (3rd request to Fed Ex to pick this up) because it was never availableShe informed us that "I was not home and you did not tell him to pick up at the back door.' Although we did in a previous emailSo again, we asked her to let us know when it gets picked upOn July 30th, she emailed us to let us know that it had been picked up.Although this has not been received yet (due for delivery August 3rd), we will go ahead and issue a full refund for this order.Please let us know if you need any further information.*** ***HPP Enterprises

we can refund as this went through the Walmart.com site and we do not have access to that information.
