Ms. [redacted] purchased her vehicle on 3/2/15. She brought her vehicle to our location and stated she was having issues. We advised her that she was outside financing and that there was warranty on her vehicle and she should take to the dealership to get diagnosed and she should call us when she was...

told what the issues are. We have not heard from Ms. [redacted]. I have made several attempts to call her with no answer and messages were left. She did finally return our call and she did state that she has not received a diagnosis for her vehicle and per the Chrysler dealership it is now in a bay about to get diagnosed as they were swamped with work. We are doing the best we can for Ms. [redacted] we provided her with information on the warranty co. We will keep following up with Ms. [redacted] until this matter is corrected. I am rejecting this response because: The issue with this vehicle purchase is not buyer's remorse it's the fact I was sold a vehicle that did not have items it was supposed to have. The sales person showed actually came to my work with a paper that showed items they told me and the lender it had but did not. The lender was not going to fund the vehicle for the purchase price. The sales rep showed the dealership would lose almost 1000.00 so asked if I would call the lender and just lie and say the car had the features which I refused to do. It was then he said that I could look to take the car back. I told him my wife had the car but we would return it the day she got back which was March 5th. The sales rep offered to give me a GPS that he had at his house wich I refused. I have the conversation recorded from that day along with all text messages dating back to 2-16-17. When I reached out to my sales rep on 2-27-17 in regards to returning the vehicle I was told deal off the vehicle was funded so they would not work with me anymore.  I reached out to the General Manager [redacted] more than 12 times leaving numerous messages which not one was returned. I want my 500 down payment back as compensation for the items the was supposed to have but never did. I believe what I am requesting is more than fair given the situation and proof I have on this whole transaction.

I do not agree with all this is in this statement, Mrs [redacted] attempted to call me while I was at work. I did call her back twice I got no answer but I did leave a message. I called the next day and she told me they were having issues with the phones. In this matter I tried to speak with someone several times, they Never told me to get back with them once the car was accessed they simply said there was nothing they could do. This car purchased on March 2 and I have not had the car since March 19. The only reason they are responding to me now is because I reached out for help from the Revdex.com.

H&R Auto Motors is processing the payoff for the trade. We had minimal pay off information which delayed the payoff. Thank you.
