We have a contract with Clough for heating fuel. We have been begging for a delivery for 5 days. We have been told repeatedly that we do not need any fuel. Yet our gauge is below 1/4 tank and temperatures are below 0. We have now reached a critical level and can not keep our house at even 65 because of fear our pilot light will go out. We are using electric space heaters and both my husband, 80 years of age, and I are sick with colds from the chill. It is Sunday, February 15, 2015 and we can not go out because of the condition of the roads. Tomorrow we will be buying more electric heaters. Guess Clough will not be fulfilling the contract?
