Review: Having meeting with individual named [redacted] and was promised update and then closed down it seems.

Having ongoing meetings until November 16, was promised an update on November 18. The update on the software was not provided that would fix problems. Asked for customization that allowed to export all data introduced and only some of the information was able to export. The rest of the information was supposed to come with the update. Kept having meetings because program was not tested before delivery.Desired Settlement: I would like the work completed 100% or have a refund.
