They told me I would be receiving a free trial and that they need my credit card information for because I would be charged for shipping.
They charged me shipping for the free trial which I authorized. I was then receiving numerous bottles of the NO2 Power Blast and Alpha Force Testo. I thought they made a mistake and was out of the country when I realized they were charging my credit card with unauthorized payments. I only agreed to the free trial, I did not give permission to this business to charge me without my consent or send me any other bottles.
I would like a refund for the $961.04 in unauthorized payments.
Our Customer Service Department reached out to the customer and found that he has already disputed the charged with his financial institution. At this point, we cannot issue a refund and must wait for the financial institution to finish their dispute.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This response is not valid because they are disputing the issue so why do they not just refund the money and my financial institution will no longer be involved. Instead, they are calling me to cancel my complaint on here and not doing anything about the refund.
At this point in time, we're unable to refund the customer due to his financial institution disputing the charge(s). If the customer needs an update, he can contact his financial institution.
Ordered online put only 1 bottle in and when I saw charge it was for 5 bottles. Then when tried to return I had to pay restocking fee and shipping
I ordered this on1/22/2018. My order #XXXXXX customer #XXXXX. I paid with bank account through paypal transaction # *** When I called on Feb. 6 2018 I was told they would charge a restocking fee of 5%. I understand if they did this for 1 bottle but not 5 since I did not order 4 more bottles. They must've added those to my cart without realizing it. I asked for a full refund since I'm sending them all back because I did not appreciate their business tactics. I was refunded $59.20 immediately and they said they would refund the rest minus restocking fee when they received the return. I will be sending back today
I want to be reimbursed for the shipping of 4 bottles and and be charged restocking fee for only 1 bottle
Our customer service reached out to the customer and a resolution was met. The customer was given Full Refunds on the transactions in question. The Customer stated that this was resolved to their satisfaction.
Please remove the complaint since it was resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
