Mr. Henry Kimmons also failed to provide services for my mother after she paid him $2,200 to repair her roof. After paying him the money, my mother became sick and was hospitalized for congestive heart failure and upon her release from the hospital after her surgery, Mr. Kimmons never responded to her calls nor did he return the money that she paid him. This happened in 2014 and we have been trying to contact him since because we did not want to have to take him to court. Mr. Kimmons took advantage of my sick mother who lives by herself.

Mr. Henry R K[redacted] performed work on our roof on December 9, 2015. He replaced and resealed leaking plumbing pipe boots, resealed hot water heater roof vent and replaced damaged shingles. At that time, he stated his workmanship was warranted for two years. He provided the warranty in writing and signed it. On December 16, 2005, seven days later, I advised Mr K[redacted] that we were still experiencing leaking. On Friday, December, 18, 2015, Mr K[redacted] called and advised me that he would come out on Saturday, December 19, 2015. I text Mr. K[redacted] on December 19, 2015 and December 20, 2015 to see if he was still going to come to my home. Mr K[redacted] failed to respond. My husband and I called Mr K[redacted] twice weekly and he has failed to respond. Mr. K[redacted] has failed to honor the two year workmanship warranty and it is our position he failed to properly perform the work agreed upon.Desired SettlementWe would like a refund so we may pay someone else to do the job correctly.
