Bussiness replaced l/r tail lens, and forgot to put on gaskets allowing water to get into Sam modules causing severe electrical issues
HR Motocars, inc replaced rear headlights on my Mercedes MLon 4/11/On 6/3/th entire car stoppedI got it towed to a car repair shop, and after days of trying to find where the electrical problem originated, they discovered that BOTH gaskets were missing inside the tail lights, allowing water damage in the SAM moduleThe mechanic wrote this in a detailed reportI contacted ***, the owner, to explain the issue and that it cost, 1k to fix his negligence and my trunk and sunroof are still inoperableI asked how he would like to remedy the problemHe got enraged and said that he gave a really great deal on the headlightsI explained that his "discount" ended up costing twice the cost to get fixedHe yelled "take me to court then" and hung up
