Back in March 2016, We installed a new metal roof. The homeowner realized there was a leak in the exterior porch area of the new roof. Mrs [redacted] would call or text the estimator but never our office. I was not aware of the leak and I am the office manager here. But talking to the estimator he did...

send out some workers to go fix the porch roof but it was raining so nothing could be done at that time which was back in Nov-Dec of 2016 if I'm not mistaken. Then Last week I happen to check our Facebook page and saw that Mrs [redacted] had put a review on March 9th 2017. I wrote back apologizing for the experience she had with us and that I was unaware of the situation and that I brought it up to the owner, Mr Hector Herrera and he made sure this would get fixed ASAP being that he didn't know anything as well. I called first thing Monday, 4/3/17 morning as promised on the review spoke to Mr [redacted] and schedule for our crew to be out there Tuesday 4/4/17 and had the porch repaired and Mr [redacted] had mentioned about wanting new gutters so we are actually installing new gutters today, 4/6/17 and we gave them  a 50% discount for the inconvenience. We were very surprised with the miscommunication from our staff and made sure we addressed this matter right away. Our goal is to keep our customers happy. We are hoping that Mrs [redacted] updates her review. Thank You
