Yes I contacted H&R Roofing Solutions to come out and give me a quote on a tube Skylight for my kitchen which is very dark Colt came out said he would get back with me the next day is now been 2 weeks waiting I constantly call him on his cell phone the messages I did call his boss at one point and told him what was going on and he said he would have him call me and still nothing so today I stepped in and called cold on a cell phone got it and he said I don't feel comfortable doing that but said it would have been nice if I'd known this earlier two weeks earlier then I called the main office and talk to the manager and all he said was well I don't know what to tell you he knows what he's doing I will never ever recommend H&R Roofing solution to anybody I think there are customer service stinks and they're not a solution at all

They did not complete the work, nor did they provide good workmanship, and they have not shown a sincere desire to make it right.
HR Roofing Solutions foamed over the rotted wood (not craning the HVAC), foamed over my 4 roof vents, shot a nail through my interior wall, damaged my satellite dish, did bad quality work, and basically left the job partially complete. The fascia is hung with sizable gaps, not sealed or painted (as agreed). They also applied the elastomeric recoat during the heat of the day (not first light) which appears to be why it's cracking and separating.
The contractor, [redacted] admitted he did not inspect the final job, and merely relied on his brother to finish it up properly. I met with him to show him all of my complaints, after filing for a Courtesy [redacted] Inspection (which would not be public record) to give him a chance to make it right. Now, weeks later, I still do not have a completed scope of work to complete the job. I've been working with [redacted] (his employee) to try to get this completed buy they do not seem willing to work on this with me. I'm escalating this to a formal complaint to the [redacted] today.

I had HR Roofing install a new foam roof on my condo in Sun City. They arrived on time for the appointment to give me an estimate, took pictures of my roof and went over in detain, exactly what I needed to have done. The price was very competitive with the other bids I received and they were able to start the work the following week.

On the installation day, the crew arrived on time and performed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up and hauled away all the debris and took photos of the roof after completion.

Everyone I had contact with was professional and very courteous. I highly recommend HR Roofing if you have a flat roof and need a quality company to complete the job.

I was attempting to become a customer of HR Foam and Insulation, I received an estimate, although when it came time to get the work done they continued to make appointments and not show up! Most times not even call to communicate they were not coming! Last appointment was set for today 7/19/13 and I was leaving work early to meet them at the property when I texted the worker and said I was doing so the reply I received (again) was Monday we will be there for sure and they apologized. The gist of my review is they may be a bit cheaper but the headache is no wear near the money you are saving. Go with a reliable contractor that still knows what customer service is and respects their customers time and money!
