A fellow contractor (*** [redacted] ) offered us a job that he had contracted to re-roof a home for [redacted] *** in [redacted] , MA late May of We accepted the job as a subcontractor and indeed roofed Mr***'s home a short time later While at the property installing the new roofing system we came across a concern with the roof-to-wall area where shingles abut against a specific area of siding that was in very bad shape I contacted [redacted] and let him know that this compromised area needed to removed and re-sided without question Soon after we were told by [redacted] that Mr*** declined to have this work done I explained to [redacted] that this wasn't a "yes or no" scenario, rather, a problem was going to arise if this wasn't done [redacted] told me not to touch the area in question, and we followed his direction under protest Then we find out that *** *** ( [redacted] 's Son) has posted a complaint with the Revdex.com "against us" So, I tracked [redacted] down and first explained my dilemma, then offered to replace the deteriorated siding AT NO CHARGE as long as he provided the material needed However; he declined (which I still cannot comprehend) to have us provide him with a solution to repair the problem Next, I asked him to correct the Revdex.com complaint against us as it certainly wasn't warranted - he assured me that he would do so immediately Now, here we are at the crossroads I have attached a photo of the original contract (see attached) proving the proof of my claim Thanking you in advance for your efforts Kind Regards, [redacted] H&R Roofing [redacted] www.hr-roofing.com

Money was removed from my rental deposit for services I do not believe were done
When renting a property from this company, at*** XXXXXI had signed a lease blind since the unit was not available to be looked atThe lease states that the unit and the carpet within the unit must be cleaned upon vacating and if not the tenant will be charged to have the company do it for themWhen I first moved into the unit these services had not been doneI reported it to the management and nothing was done for meI had it done myself, and was not reimbursedWhen I vacated I had the process done again and was still charged $for a general cleaning fee, $for a carpet cleaning, and $for paintingI was told at that time that deposits usually took days to be returnedDespite this being the max time frame according to the law, this is not stated anywhere in their leaseDuring that time the unit had already been turned over to a new tenant and I was

Hi,
I had rented an apartment with First Realty and below is the address
***
I had paid $as security deposit, I moved out on Jul after my lease ended and I received a letter couple f day ago that said that my security deposit will be withheld for apartment cleaning, painting and carpet replacement
A detailed breakdown with receipts is missing and there is no proof for the charges listed
I would like to get a detailed receipt explaining the charges and a refund
Thanks,
***

This realty withheld unreasonably high security deposits when tenants checked out, taking advantage of their tenants who are mostly college students
I had been renting from First Realty and found they had been withholding as much of my security deposits as they could when I checked outThis happened to me both times when I checked out of their rentalsI did a survey and found it frequently happened to the others who rented from First Realty tooThey would overcharge their former tenants in forms like high cleaning fee or high painting costsWhen asked for receipts on their real costs, they would only provide their internal notes which would be impossible to verifyThese charges are unreasonably high compared with quotations made by real local businesses who are in line with cleaning or paintingI would like First Realty to stop this shady practice and return my money

A fellow contractor ([redacted]) offered us a job that he had contracted to re-roof a home for [redacted] in [redacted], MA late May of 2013.  We accepted the job as a subcontractor and indeed roofed Mr. [redacted]'s home a short time later.
While at the...

property installing the new roofing system we came across a concern with the roof-to-wall area where shingles abut against a specific area of siding that was in very bad shape.  I contacted [redacted] and let him know that this compromised area needed to removed and re-sided without question.  Soon after we were told by [redacted] that Mr. [redacted] declined to have this work done.  I explained to [redacted] that this wasn't a "yes or no" scenario, rather, a problem was going to arise if this wasn't done.  [redacted] told me not to touch the area in question, and we followed his direction under protest.
Then we find out that [redacted] ([redacted]'s Son) has posted a complaint with the Revdex.com "against us"....  So, I tracked [redacted] down and first explained my dilemma, then offered to replace the deteriorated siding AT NO CHARGE as long as he provided the material needed.  However; he declined (which I still cannot comprehend) to have us provide him with a solution to repair the problem.  Next, I asked him to correct the Revdex.com complaint against us as it certainly wasn't warranted - he assured me that he would do so immediately.

Now, here we are at the crossroads. . . .

I have attached a photo of the original contract (see attached) proving the proof of my claim.  Thanking you in advance for your efforts.

Kind Regards,
