I am rejecting this response because:
I will not sign up on line to obtain the pin I do not have access to a computer and even if I did its ridiculous to make everyone sign up for something that a computer assigned to you but yet that same computer doesn't send you the pin number in the mail if they refuse to send me the pin I will not sign up for the same abuse next year not all stores or medical facility may take it as credit card and may require a pin and it would just be a waste I of money the. So if HR Simplified does not have that information why do they have a customer phone number if tgey we can't call to get any help what so ever

Response: On 10/16/2017 HR Simplified received a call from complainant wishing to obtain her Benefits Card Pin number. The customer care representative with whom she spoke advised that, for security purposes, HR Simplified Inc. does not have access to Benefits Card (Mastercard) numbers, or the Pin...

numbers associated with the Benefits Cards. It was explained that our administration of pre-tax Medical Flexible Spending accounts requires us to maintain high levels of security in order to protect private health information and follow HIPAA regulations, and that we treat credit card and pin numbers with the highest level of security to prevent any potential for fraudulent credit card activity.   Although the representative was unable to provide the specific pin number to this participant, he did provide some alternative methods of obtaining this information as well as alternative manners of using the Benefits Card that would not require the pin number. The complainant was advised that the Pin number can be obtained by registering and accessing an online account at www.mypretax.com, or by downloading our mobile app and signing in. The complainant expressed frustration that she was not able to access a computer in order to obtain the pin. At that time she was advised that to avoid having to provide a pin number at the point of sale, the card can be run as a credit card, which is standard practice for use of the benefits card.   The customer care representative that spoke with the complainant handled the call per administrative protocol. Our most important responsibility to our clients and participants is to administer their accounts with the highest level of security, both for private health and financial information. In order to do so our system does not give us access to credit card numbers, or their associated pin numbers.
