contaminated slab which made it impossible to produce the metallic floor that you wanted. We incorporated the latest technology to produce your floor. We used a $30,000 diamond grinding apparatus to prep your floor, we used all industrial grade materials and our technicians are some of the best in the industry and performed their work flawlessly. The project was overseen by my field supervisor Jerad whose work is praised in many of the reviews on this website. We also got a level 5 rep from the manufacturer to assess the job and he concluded that the slab had been contaminated. To make the claim that we were unprofessional and unresponsive is not only inaccurate but false. Furthermore, after it had been determined that we would not be able to achieve your desired results from the contaminated floor we offered to do a flake floor for free. We offered this even though we were in no way responsible for contaminating your slab yet you somehow feel that we should be the ones who assume financial liability for something that was none of our doing. Your suggestion that we not only give you a free flake floor but refund 2/3 of the cost to do the original floor is in our opinion and professional experts who assessed the situation an unreasonable ask. Our customers are extremely important to us and we always strive to find resolution within reason.  Our offer to provide you with a free flake floor is still on the table.
