[Your Answer Here]although he said he would give me my $back, he is making is impossibly for me to meet his demands. He said I can only pick up the money on Thursdays from 1-2. I have certified letters from this company stating his demands and I've explained to him that I also work. This man that represents the tow company wants to meet in person in order for me to get my money back. My husband doesn't think that it's safe as his letters to me in some places are all caps as well as bolded. My husband said he will try to go and get our money back from this company. The company lies, lies, lies through their teeth

[Your Answer Here]The owner of this business has sent me certified letters. The first letter he offered me a refund for half of the amt since they did preform a service. I sent a certified letter back to the business reiterating that my vehicle was parked in a legal parking spot that is used over and over again (I have numerous picture to prove that it's a legal spot). The 2nd certified letter from this business stated that he will give me all of my money back but that I need to make an apt for a Thursday between the hours of 2-PM. I sent another certified letter back stating that I work and his request for a Thursday meeting between 2-is not an option. I sent a certified letter back to the business stating that since he's agreed to give me a full refund, I see no reason for us to have to meet and he can just mail me back my refund. I haven't received a response nor a check yet
