The owner, [redacted], left a card on our door offering to give us a new roof for free. Of course we liked the idea but thought it was too good to be true. [redacted] followed up at our house a few days later and we talked with him and he patiently answered all of our questions. He was very friendly and professional. We were still skeptical because we were unfamiliar with this process, so we checked multiple sources and everyone had nothing but good things to say about HRA and [redacted]. He worked with our insurance company and got us the best rate possible. A few days later we had a beautiful, professionally installed, brand new, 30 year contractors shingle roof (installed in only 1 day!). The workers cleaned up everything when they were done and they were careful to cover all my plants so they didn't get hurt. They were also friendly and professional and diligent workers. [redacted] even brought us a thoughtful gift when the roof was complete. All that to say, we are extremely happy with every aspect of HRA and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or any other home repairs, they're a great company and they do great work!
