We have been working with [redacted] prior to and after receiving the complaint With regard to the repairs he feels are unsatisfactory [redacted] is referring to a repair that the crew helped him with that was outside the scope of the insurance claim that had nothing to do with our project He asked if they could assist him with a another project in his house that he was working on The team helped him one day at no cost to the homeowner He advised he had no money to pay The repairs that were done according to the contract were done professionally of high quality and according to the insurance scope of work With regard to the animals, [redacted] has always struggled with pests in his house We inspected the area that he was concerned about and found no evidence of any such pests [redacted] has used a pest removal company in the past from prior incidences that are unrelated to our repairs In an effort to further please him, we have put him in contact with a different pest controls service to investigate his claims One further point to note is that [redacted] is suffering from a terminal illness, and is prescribed very strong medication which can at times adversely affect his actions, perception and judgment We were advised of this by [redacted] throughout the repairs and have experienced this first hand For this reason, we are more willing to appeas [redacted] We will work through the situation wit [redacted] One of our crews is scheduled next week to revisit and touch up some minor concerns that he had, as well the exterminator/pest specialist he requested has been in contact with [redacted] Considering the nature of this situation we request that the complaint not be made public, as well the details of this response to not be provided to [redacted] as to not further agitate his condition Please feel free to contact [redacted] Operations Manager at [redacted] should you have any questions or wish to discuss the situation further We can send any photos evidence of the repairs we performed We are unsure of the specific complaint tha [redacted] was making to the Revdex.com at this time if any with regard to the repairs made Regards, [redacted] | Operations Manager | HRN, LLC | Construction and Restoration Fire | Smoke | Wind | Hail | Water | Mold Fair Avenue NW New Philadelphia, Ohio P | C | F [redacted]
