Review: I received a phone call from this place indicating that they were going to have a processor come to my job between 12-4 pm today. I called them back and a gentleman by the name of [redacted] answered stating that he has a "carrier" for me regarding an account I owed money for and that there were additional court and legal fees on top of it and I had a right by law to do a "statement of intent" to make a voluntary arrangement. I than was transferred to [redacted]. He explained to me this was regarding an account for National pay day loan, which I believe I owe money for but not that amount. He indicated that if I did not do an arrangement that a court summons would be sent out. I set up an arrangement and gave him my card information. card number ending in [redacted]. I requested the documents regarding the legal documents and the payment arrangements. I asked for them to be emailed. I never received them. I than called them back and asked to speak to [redacted] and asked why the documents weren't emailed, he cut me off and transferred me to someone else who told me that they would be generated. I have not received them. I called back and asked for [redacted] again and got his voicemail. I left him a message stating that I did not authorize any payment on my card until I received the documents listed above. I do not want my card debited unless I receive these in writing. Now I feel like I am being avoided.Desired Settlement: I do not want my card used, please see above.
