I'm in the process of purchasing a condo managed by HRW. During the process for loan approval, a questionaire needed to be obtained form HRW. This company is charging $247 for a simple 5 min questonaire where other similiar companies normally charge approx. $65. This is outrageous and in my opinion, scalping behavior.
