The only issues I've ever had is my exhaust drain clogged twice in years All my fault
When the clog happens water gets into the draft inducer's motor and destroys it
The first time it happened I purchased the inducer locally $new (guy was working on neighbors HVAC)
This year I purchased it from Kalins Total Sticker Shock

I believe in Buy local but a $markup on a retail price? really? I always assumed being an authorized Lennox dealer gets them a discounted wholesale prices and they could pass some of this savings on to their customers Yes they stayed open late (min on a Saturday) and yes they were very nice
When it's time to replace my now 17yr old furnace I'll include other companies in my search
