We have been with HST since 1996 because they have excellent customer service. Their staff is always accessible and responsive. Brian installed our original system as well as our new upgrade. He has also maintained our system over the years and he's just the best! Brian is so knowledgeable about the system and remembers security needs that are specific to our family. I'm not the most tech savvy person but Brian did an amazing job at training me on how to use all the features of our system.
