HSA Bank failed to relinquish funds to third party. I was left to pay out of pocket for medical expenses. The whole point of a Health Savings Account is to have funds available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. When contacted about this issue, the operator informed me that it is out of there control. I pay them every month for them to decide when I can have my money or not. Please contact me for further information if needed.
