HSA Counseling Inc

Review: I have had court ordered counseling at HSA counseling Inc.,after a 2nd DUI charge. what was supposed to be a 6 months treatment was prolonged for more than a year. I was charged for every visit and if I had to cancel/reschedule an appointment, they still charged me even so I rescheduled within the guidelines of 24 hour notice. If I don't pay them I don't get the completion form send to my probation officer, which means I can be jailed for not successfully completing court ordered treatment. After meeting with my counselor for my last appointment which I rescheduled because of my work schedule as they required by their policy; I was charged a no show fee of $68 for which the front office nor anyone in that building can help me to clarify, instead I had to type out a letter of grievance and send it to the Director of that business, it's been a month and my completion form has not been sent to my probation officer nor have I gotten a call to get my account clarified with them; I am certainly not responsible and will not pay the extra charges. if you are court ordered counseling; do not go to this Business they will charge you an arm and a led and prolong your release, because they know you don't have much choice. these people will rip you off.Desired Settlement: I don't want to pay a fee I am not liable to pay for all I want is for my completion form to be send to my probation officer that's all.
