HSL Properties

I lived at HSl [redacted] apartments, they transferred my two kids and I to [redacted] another HSL property we wanted a bigger pool. We move into an upstairs apartment summer hits my a.c. is not working properly. A.c.set at 79° never got below 86° unless it was 3:30am my a.c. would finally shut off it stayed on all day almost all the night. They sent people out to fix it, never got fixed. MY electric bills were outrageous, and we were still miserably hot. My two kids and I huddled in my room, which defeated the purpose of having a two bedroom. They had ME go out and purchase black outs for my window, they didn't try to accommodate my family at all. I also explained to them I had extreme PTSD and DEPRESSION that the black outs were going to trigger me. So now me and my two children lived in a hot apartment and my depression set in. We are still trying to get back to normal my kids are so use to us sleeping in the same room that now it's just another struggle due to there lack of understanding
