Regarding [redacted] Replaying against her complaint:

I have worked  for Cuervo LLC ([redacted]) on & off over the last few she’s has always been difficult to work with she is very rude, cheap, micro manages everything & a real bad payer sometimes I have to wait a month or two to get paid on a few hundred dollar invoice. Most of the work I do is light repair it’s always  a time & material job  because I don’t know what is wrong with them until I look at them and I always have to make multiple visits because she insists on buying the parts herself  sometimes it takes her weeks to months to get the parts. By the time I get back out to the job more lights are out.  If I supplied the parts I could have had them all working in a day or two.

The building owner is her husband the onsite building supervisor ([redacted]) told me that. He and the rest of the tenants at their strip mall always complain to me about the landlord ([redacted]) every time I go there about how cheap they are and they never fix anything.

I’ve been overly patient & polite with [redacted] over the years she has wasted so much of my time that I couldn’t bill to the job going back and forth with her by email so she could order the right parts and micro manage everything for every hour I would spend on the job I spend an hour going back & forth with [redacted] by Email, phone or text .  I have given her great service over the years I have even fixed her lights in the rain before she has never appreciated anything I have ever done for her. THE ONLY MISTAKE I MADE IS NOT GETTING RID OF THIS BAD CUSTOMER SOONER.

The Day in question:
She text me about to see if I had time to fix her lights in the next few days. I went to the Job (small strip mall) at night time and made a small plan of the lights that were out there were 12 lights out (3 different types fixtures) I planned on going out the  next day to repair them.

She then called in the morning me and asked for an estimate for the light repair I told her it’s a time & material job like we have always done on light repair she was being ruder than normal and almost told her to find someone else. THIS WHEN I THINK SHE DECIDED SHE WASN’T GOING TO PAY ME. She mention there was 4 lights out I told her I went out last night and there was 12 and she needed to bring me some parts.

I went to the job and started fixing the lights with the3 lamps the onsite building supervisor ([redacted]) gave me.  She brought me out some parts (lamps & ballasts) I need to fix the 4 lights she had mentioned and some of the parts I needed to fix the lights I told her about which were a different type of fixture. I got as far as I could go with the parts she supplied.

I emailed her a list of the parts we needed to complete the job. I told her I needed 2 more lamps to fix the lights she mentioned and lamps and ballasts to fix the lights at far end of the building. She told me she didn’t want me to come back and fix the lights she would get the onsite building supervisor ([redacted]) to do so. She stopped me finishing the half way through job. So I sent her my invoice for the work I had done. I also told her about some dangerous 120Volt live exposed wiring in the parking lot that someone could get very easily  electrocuted from she just dismissed  It I guess she’s so cheap she will let someone die to save a  few hundred dollars.

She refused to pay my bill going off on a tangent saying I never fixed the lights saying I fixed lights that were already fixed insinuating I was incompetent. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing I tried to call her about this a few time but she would never pick up. She just hind behind her computer go back and forth by email. I made it very clear to her multiple times the work I did but she would refuse to listen. I Also told her I would never work for her again after this ordeal.

THIS IS JUST HER MADE UP A STORY TO GET OUT OF PAYING ME!  I’m not sure if they have money problems or she’s on Drugs or what her deal is but it’s not cool!
I was going to file a mechanics lien on the property & take them to small claims but for $245 it’s not worth the time and money.  So I just walked away from this getting ripped off and owed money.

But after her having the audacity complaining to the Revdex.com about her ripping me off then I’m just going to pass this on or sale it to a collections company she can deal with them.

I have always made mutable visits to her job because she insists on supply all the parts! This is what we have done for the last few years why would this time be any different?

I got as far as I could go with the parts she supplied for the 4 lights she mentioned!

Why did she hand me the parts in person to fix the other lights (which was I different type of fixture) if she didn’t want me to fix them?

The parts that I still had were worth about $50 which I have mailed back to her recorded delivery!

I went above and behind with service & professionalism until she started being very rude to me and I realized she was trying to rip me off!

I have emails to back this up if needed

To Whom It May Concern:
To make the long story short, this issue was brought up to the CSLB (Contractors State License Board) and the mediator agreed with me and ruled that Mr. [redacted] was unprofessional and non-compliant according to the CSLB regulation. By the way, the reason Mr. [redacted] did not receive the check for 6 weeks was because he moved and the check went to his old address. As I mentioned, it is very difficult communicating with Mr. [redacted], he tends to lose focus and becomes very emotional. Mr. [redacted]’s slanderous accusations are false and not worth further discussion, attention, and time. If Mr. [redacted] continues on this path of slanderous defamation of my character; I will be forced to seeking legal action.
