I am very dissatisfied with my recent order from Hus’s Ginseng. I ordered over $200.00 of American ginseng merchandise from Hus’s Ginseng Company. My order consists of 4oz medium/small mixed ginseng and 2oz mixed ginseng. The container of 4oz jar consists of small/crumble pieces, not the medium/small as labeled. The ginseng's taste is watered down. I had to use 3 times more than usual to get little flavor out. The product I purchased lacks the usual ginseng freshness and sweetness taste.
I believe I am getting the substandard products, but paying a premium price.
I have submitted two online consumer complaints but have not heard from the company.
This is my experience. 12 days after order confirmed, I got an email saying there is an item out of stock. The saleman said that wbsite often is not updated to date, and in case the item out of stock, he does not get the order while customers get order confirmed. Something is really seriously wrong in their system.
