Hello,  I am responding to complaint #[redacted] regarding baseboard installation for Mr. [redacted]. First of all, all work performed for Mr. [redacted] has always been approved upon completion and before payment by him. The 4-5 inch piece of baseboard that is in dispute can clearly be seen...

by the photo attached is 1/16 of an inch off line, not because it is a mix match piece but because it lowered with the pressure of the nail gun when nailing it. The total amount of baseboard that was installed was 4lft as can be seen in the attached contract agreement. The total cost for baseboard installation was $3.50 per lft labor and materials bringing the entire baseboard portion of the job of 4lft to $14.00. The amount of $200.00 for a 4-5 inch piece is therefore incorrect. I have advised Mr. [redacted] that I will no longer be providing him services due to his abusive behavior towards me and my crew. The shouting and verbal profanity we have endured has made me feel very uncomfortable in returning to his property and I refuse to subject myself and my crew to this any longer. We at DJ'S Construction and Remodeling value all of our customers no matter what size of a job they may have and dedicate our very best to customer satisfaction.  I am willing to refund Mr. [redacted] a generous offer of $50.00 which is many times above the value of the 4-5 inch piece of baseboard in dispute in order for him to contract another company to put the piece of baseboard into its correct positioning.Regards,Jackeline P[redacted]
