The response of this customer is a lieWe actually did tell him the information of the tires, and how they were expired five to six years agoThe customer I guess he did not understand because either way he took the tire, and of course no one will put tires that are already expired, that is the reason we refused to put the tires on his autoFor a reason [redacted] has been fired for his bad work and selling tires that are not suppose to be soldThe customer should of refused to take the tires because he should've known it was not okay to take a tire that had been expired after telling himHe has not complaint to make after all he made his decision

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all the employer response doesn't make correct English grammatical senseI had to re read the response like four times to comprehend itNext, my original complaint is very specificA mechanical shop isn't supposed to sell any tire over five to six years old to any patronThe shop is lying about one of the tires being expired when I purchased themI found out one of the two tires was over twelve years old when I tried to put them on at a heavy duty truck farm equipment mechanic shop close to where I reside, approximately two days after I originally purchased the tires from HTA luxury motorsportsThe other tire was only about two years old and the shop put that one on because it wasn't a safety issueThat shop told me they wouldn't put on a tire over five years old or if the tire had significant wear and tear on the tire especially in the arizona area due to the extreme heat environmentThe last part of the employer response doesn't even require a response but I will rebuttal that as wellThe part about me taking my decision without listening to what bad mechanical advice? I was dealing with a manager/owner named [redacted] and it seemed to be one excuse after another about we don't have any good tires yet in on our truckloadI came to find out that [redacted] now no longer works there after I had several conversations with him and at those times seemed he was trying to do the right thing but that wasn't the case at allThe entire employer response is either written by a child or someone who can't make complete English sentences Regards, [redacted]

This man has no complain to make, he made the decision he madeWe showed him the tires by person, he clearly said he will like them and he will take them how they areWe told him the tires are rare that we sell them and they had expiredHe didn't care he bought them left and went somewhere else
where they can put it on for himSo he has no complaint to make he took his decision with out listening.Sent on: 5/19/5:43:PMSent by: ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all the employer response doesn't make correct English grammatical sense. I had to re read the response like four times to comprehend it. Next, my original complaint is very specific. A mechanical shop isn't supposed to sell any tire over five to six years old to any patron. The shop is lying about one of the tires being expired when I purchased them. I found out one of the two tires was over twelve years old when I tried to put them on at a heavy duty truck farm equipment mechanic shop close to where I reside, approximately two days after I originally purchased the tires from HTA luxury motorsports. The other tire was only about two years old and the shop put that one on because it wasn't a safety issue. That shop told me they wouldn't put on a tire over five years old or if the tire had significant wear and tear on the tire especially in the arizona area due to the extreme heat environment. The last part of the employer response doesn't even require a response but I will rebuttal that as well. The part about me taking my decision without listening to what bad mechanical advice?  I was dealing with a manager/owner named [redacted] and it seemed to be one excuse after another about we don't have any good tires yet in on our truckload. I came to find out that [redacted] now no longer works there after I had several conversations with him and at those times seemed he was trying to do the right thing but that wasn't the case at all. The entire employer response is either written by a child or someone who can't make complete English sentences.

This man has no complain to make, he made the decision he made. We showed him the tires by person, he clearly said he will like them and he will take them how they are. We told him the tires are rare that we sell them and they had expired. He didn't care he bought them left and went somewhere else...
