Bought a htc phone had it less than a month had a glitch talked to countless people tried to get it fixed to no resolve will never do business with this company again very bad company

Review: ok I bought a phone this htc inspire from my friend and before buying it I was aware there was a issue with it upon further research of the item I found several forums that stated this phone has had the same issue since it first came out which causes it not to boot up and vibrate 7 times no matter what you do it will not turn on no lights come on or anything the guy I talked to said that the phone was most likely rooted and I asked him how can you tell that over the phone he said cause that's what most people do and I told him I was not gonna pay for a manufacture defect that has been with the phone since it came outDesired Settlement: I would like them to send me the same exact m model of the phone that is in working condition and that I can use on my acct if they will not do that I would like them to send me a shipping label to ship the phone to them and repair all the issues the phone has for free
