Horrible Owner/Customer Service and Never send the right product
Call to get a status update on items that were late, I was verbally attacked, called every name in the book (not nice names), had to hear he works alone, and so much more over the phone. I started getting hate messages from Mark, again with the extremely awful name-calling accusing me of spreading lies about him (I don't know him, except that he is the worst business owner ever). He suggested I should feel ashamed and disgusted with myself. Then he started calling my phone My husband and I have spent thousands even though he kept sending the wrong items. This person is awful; the harassment is out of line; I am surprised he is still in business and not surprised he doesn't have employees. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!

Worst customer service from the owner Mark
The owner is a very disrespectful person no respect himself or his customers. I purchased an outfit it was three time to big so I sent an email expressing how big it was and it really was what I expected and request a refund. Well since me and him had a good report in communication on my last few items ( by phone). I seen he was calling me and I went to ask a question and was call all out of my name told me he is a _ _ _ designer and that he wasn’t refunding a _ _ _ thing to me and maybe I shouldn’t be buying his merchandise. I should do my complaining to the company he bought the fabric from because dummy you purchased oversized pants. Well Mark I purchased two pair of your oversized pants in the exact same size and they was a little oversized but not to point where it seems like two people could wear these at the same time. All I want to know since he had sent me such rough email could I exchange them for a smaller size and before I could get this out my mouth I was everything but a child of God. I sort like the leggings but before I wear his clothing I bought we will be donate them to the homeless. Never ever had been spoke to like this young man spoke to me on the phone and then hung up.

Bad customer service
I already have a pair of the sweatpants so I decided to order another pair because I really do love them. The new pair came in and I realized that they were sooo much softer on the inside than my ones I already had, so try not to wash them too much! And I ordered the royal blue color the second time, which the color was different from the picture so I sent an email… called me three times in a row and texted me to answer, and called me again. He was very rude and said he rarely has complaints and he makes everything himself and he doesn’t see how I can be unhappy and that I can just return them etc. I don’t see myself supporting this company anymore sadly.

The absolute worst company by far
order leggins, he sent the wrong size and refused to cover the shipping fees. We went ahead and paid to have them shipped back to wait over a month to get the right pair. He then called our phone over and over, emailed us and text us over the fact that we shipped it back in a waterproof large envelope. We returned his call and he Proceeded to call us white trash, cursed us out, screamed and yelled. The best part was he didn't even know he sent us the second pair out. Mark is the owner and who handles all the phone calls...he is by far the biggest POS I have ever dealt with. No owner should ever ever speak to someone like this. Stay away...his clothing is very cheap material, you do not get what he pictures on his website...Scammer beyond

Harassed me
Mark the owner called me after I sent an email complaining that I did not receive my order confirmation. He literally yelled, called me garbage, rd , dummy swore loudly and told “ listen sweetheart I dont need your fn business, you are garbage”
Im still in shock how he spoke to me!
This so called man does not deserve to speak to ppl at all.
He keeps calling my phone number and wont stop ! I will be calling cops on him!

Bad customer service!
Unfortunately my packages were either lost or stolen (not because of HTFU) BUT when I reached out to customer service to see if anything could be done, even re buying the 4 items at the sale price, Mark with customer service basically said it wasn't their problem and I should file a police report. Sucks that after spending well over 2k at HTFU in the last year that I was treated like that.
I guess HTFU just lost a good customer and follower on social media!

Worst unprofessional customer service I have ever seen!! Started with correcting my spelling and proceeded to tell me they won't lose sleep losing my business!

Company must be run by a child, sends wrong sizes, and doesn't want to pay for return shipping, two weeks pass, and haven't heard anything about replacement merchandise so we file a dispute and they finally reply with an email stating now your not going to get anything. LOL

I originally purchased black leggings from this merchant. Everything was fine with that order. I ordered 2 more leggings, white and gray, however these leggings are not the same quality as the black ones. The white leggings are VERY see-through, and the gray leggings are made with a different material, and are not true to size. I asked for an exchange of red for the white, and a size up on the gray. The owner, however, is being very difficult and rude. He says he will only give me a store credit, not an exchange. I reminded him of his Return and Exchange policy which clearly states "If a product does not work out for any reason, you have 15 days to make contact and ship it back for an exchange..." he just told me he would not be "bullied" by me. =-/ I am in disbelief. I am returning the leggings today and will dispute the charge with my credit card. I'll let them deal with him and I will never buy anything from HTFU again.

Bought the Analog Leggings, GymRat Sweats and a heavy weight hoodie. Blown away by the quality. A+.

This company is horrible! I purchased a gift for my daughter for Xmas. And the leggings had a huge hole across the entire front of the waist. Bad workmanship. It happens. But when I email them to exchange I got the "it's been more than the time allowed" bit. So now I'm out $60 for a pair of damaged leggings. I've been continuously emailing to find out how to take care of it and no response... well not until I say something on their Instagram. Funny. I got a quick rude response and blocked from their page...

Would never order anything from this company. My son bought a hoodie, had it for a month and the stitching came out. Tried to contact the company and see what could be done to rectify the situation. The owner responded via text and then with a phone call. He would not let me speak, had me so infuriated that I had to raise my voice in order for him to allow me to speak. Poorly run company, extremely poor customer service. I would expect a $75 hoodie to last more than one month. If I could give MINUS stars, I would.

Never buy anything from this company. They Won't let you return items for different sizes. So they put stuff on sale so you buy it and to get rid of over stock and you are stuck with it no matter what if it doesn't fit

Scammers. Terrible customer service. Took over two months get my order after constantly emailing customer service that I didn't receive it. They treat their customers like ***, would never give them another penny of my money. Don't waste your time or money.

HTFU leading up to Memorial Day advertisd 30% off their merchandise. I purchased an item but later recived an email indicating that although their website indicated the size I wanted was in stock, it was not.

Not a big deal, where we part ways though is that they didn't want to refund the money. They wanted me to pick something else out. I didn't want anything else. They emailed me to tell let me that they were going to send me something I didn't want, then minutes later emailed again to tell me they're going to refund the money so long as I didn't return as a customer.

They can't be serious.

If there is an issue with your order, the owner will probably cuss you out, or tell you to f off.

This is how he handles his business.

We ordered a tshirt in October and never received it. When we called, we were told the computer corrected the address and the product was returned to them. We were told a replacement was being sent and verbally confirmed the correct address over the phone. Once again, it never arrived. When we called again, the owner proceeded to cuss and be rude and told us to "f" off. So we did.

We have been in support of this company for several years, but will never purchase from them again
